Account Holders

The creation of an account is optional and you may obtain quotations and make bookings without one. Making changes to your existing booking, via our web site, is not possible unless you are an account holder. We are happy to accept change requests sent by fax or email.

If you wish to open an account you may do so after obtaining a quote and electing to proceed with the booking. Get a quote.

As an account holder you may opt-in to receive emails from Hallmark Executive Travel Services Ltd. These will be rare and relevant and may include special promotions and offers only available to account holders.

Your details will be stored securely and not made available to any other company.

The buttons to the left will allow you get a quote using Account Holder rates (which will often be preferential to our standard rates); View an existing booking to check the details and send yourself a copy of the booking form; Edit an existing booking if your plans change or Cancel an existing booking.  For security you will need to log-in using your email address and password.  There are certain constraints on late changes/cancellations and these are detailed in the FAQ page.  You may also update your Account Holder information by clicking Update Account.
