  • How much notice is required for a new booking?
  • Bookings can be made on the web site up to 12 hours before the pick-up time. If your requirement is more urgent please call us on 01582 722600.
  • How will I recognise my driver at an airport or seaport?
  • The driver will have a board showing the lead name that you entered when making the booking.
  • Is it okay to take comfort stops on longer journeys?
  • Brief stops for the toilet and a drink are fine and there is normally sufficient allowance built-in to the allocated journey time for this.
  • What do I do if I cannot find my driver at the airport?
  • Go to the information desk and ask for the driver to be paged. If the driver does not appear within a reasonable time, call our 24 hours Operations Team on 01582 722600.
  • What make and model of vehicle will I get?
  • The fleet is updated as new models that meet our stringent criteria are added so it is not possible to answer this.
  • Our friend lives round the corner and is going on the same holiday. Is it okay for her to travel in the vehicle we have booked?
  • Only passengers that have been pre-booked are insured to travel. Since there would be a nominal or no extra cost, why not include them on the booking? The web site booking form allows two addresses to be entered.
  • What happens if my flight or ship are delayed?
  • Arrivals are monitored and the driver will wait. If the delay is excessive (many hours) the driver may be called off and another one sent at the later arrival time.
  • Can I smoke in the vehicle?
  • It is no longer legal to smoke in the vehicle and this applies to both passengers and drivers.
  • Can I change my booking?
  • Provided you created an account you can make changes to your booking on the web site otherwise you will need to telephone us. Changes to the route may affect the price originally quoted.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
  • Provided you created an account and are giving a minimum of 24 hours notice, you can cancel your booking on the web site. If you do not have an account or are within the 24 hour period you will need to telephone us on 01582 722600. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more information.
  • Can you provide a child seat?
  • A limited number of child seats are available. Please see the Terms and Conditions (Health and Safety) for more information.
  • Can I book a vehicle to take me somewhere other than an airport or sea port?
  • Certainly but at the moment this is not possible on the web site. Please call us on 01582 722600, Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 and our Reservations Team will help you.
